Modern man is constantly faced with the radical technological, economic and sociological changes typical of a period of rapid evolution. Higher levels of knowledge, flexibility, communication skills and intuition are always required, particularly from managers.

The ability to face up to the challenges of the future is the result of the innate talent and communication skill of individuals, but also requires an ever higher level of technical, professional and intellectual training.

The Independent Private University of Herisau, managed by the Society for Study and Research in Industrial Sciences, has followed these objectives since it was founded, and today can be proud of its successes and recognition all over the world.

We take great satisfaction in the gratitude and respect of our graduates, who have been able to improve standards of excellence through their experience gained and the quality of work demonstrated in their Doctorate Theses.
